Poul-Henning Kamp 0429e37ade struct mountlist and struct mount.mnt_list have no business being 
a CIRCLEQ.  Change them to TAILQ_HEAD and TAILQ_ENTRY respectively.

This removes ugly  mp != (void*)&mountlist  comparisons.
