Sepherosa Ziehau 0eff2e2ea1 hyperv/vmbus: Event handling code refactor. 
- Use taskqueue instead of swi for event handling.
- Scan the interrupt flags in filter
- Disable ringbuffer interrupt mask in filter to ensure no unnecessary
  interrupts.
