Neel Natu 5295c3e61d Support Intel-specific MSRs that are accessed when booting up a linux in bhyve:
- MSR_PLATFORM_INFO
- MSR_TURBO_RATIO_LIMITx
- MSR_RAPL_POWER_UNIT
