John Baldwin 36d05d0ebc Make fe(4) MPSAFE: ... - Add a mutex to the softc to protect the softc and device hardware. - Don't leak bus resources if if_alloc() fails during attach. - Setup the interrupt handler after calling ether_ifattach(). - Use a private timer to manage the transmit watchdog.
