Ka Ho Ng 8d7cd10ba6 tmpfs: Implement VOP_DEALLOCATE 
Implementing VOP_DEALLOCATE to allow hole-punching in the same manner as
POSIX shared memory's fspacectl(SPACECTL_DEALLOC) support.
