Bruce Evans d834a93b27 Removed explicit rule for creating a null opt_bus.h. kmod.mk does this ... automatically once opt_foo.h is in SRCS, modulo some carelessness in removing garbage in stale versions of opt_foo.h (touch(1) should not be used to create opt_foo.h in kmod.mk or elsewhere).
