Bruce Evans c263a0048d Removed `#define KERNEL'. This was a hack-around for nfs.h being broken ... in the Lite2 merge to not export some nfs constants. It started causing warnings when I added a kernel-only #define for DIRBLKSIZ. Removed `#define NFS'.
