Joerg Wunsch 28e9fe52bf Add the ex(4) driver to hardware.hlp. ... Wipe out most of the obsoleted (2.2-related) changelist from the relnotes, and add those stuff that came to mind being really new in 3.0. Folks, if you add some major feature in -current, please consider recording it here. Our users love to know what they're getting by reading it in a single file.
