Gabor Kovesdan 2dd076b84b - Add a BSD-licensed patch, ported by Pedro F. Giffuni (pfg) from 
DragonflyBSD and install it as bsdpatch.  WITH_BSD_PATCH makes it
  default and installs GNU patch as gnupatch.
