Bruce Evans b03605afba Simplified using new yacc rules. This is cosmetic - the old rules worked ... with `make -jN' because they did the right things to generate cexp.h without clobbering cexp.c, and there were no missing dependencies on cexp.h because cexp.h isn't actually used.
