David E. O'Brien 7472e09468 Found remaining -kthread option that [sort of] supported using the ... LinuxThreads port. Dike it out as it was removed from freebsd.h on 19-July-2000 as this option depended on bits not part of the base system and required people to install the LinuxThreads port in a manner non-consistent with the workings of our Ports Collection.
