Michal Gulbicki fd51a2e342 qat: Update firmware for 4xxx devices to version 1.1.20 
Key features:
- added zeropadding feature for compression
- added partial decompression support
- added DC rate limiting support
- added Admin ME capabilities reporting
- added Hash+Compress chaining support
