Emmanuel Vadot d195d4acee clk: Add support for assigned-clock-rates ... The properties 'assigned-clocks', 'assigned-clock-parents' and 'assigned-clock-rates' all work together. 'assigned-clocks' holds the list of clock for which we need to either assign a new parent or a new frequency.
