Fix docs indentation in pgtrgm.sgml

Browse source 
5871b884 introduced pg_trgm.word_similarity_threshold GUC, but its documentation
contains wrong indentation.  This commit fixes that.  Backpatch for easier
backpatching of other documentation fixes.
