Peter Eisentraut 9907b55ceb Fix ALTER SUBSCRIPTION grammar ambiguity ... There was a grammar ambiguity between SET PUBLICATION name REFRESH and SET PUBLICATION SKIP REFRESH, because SKIP is not a reserved word.
