Heikki Linnakangas 4cd3fb6e12 Truncate predicate lock manager's SLRU lazily at checkpoint. That's safer ... than doing it aggressively whenever the tail-XID pointer is advanced, because this way we don't need to do it while holding SerializableXactHashLock.
