John Naylor 901ed9b352 Fix universal builds on MacOS 
Commit 16743db06 assumed that the CPUID instruction was always
available when the usual x86 symbols were defined. That is not the
case, so zero out the info rather than error out.

PostgreSQL Database Management System

This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL database management system.

PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types and functions. This distribution also contains C language bindings.
