Thomas Munro a1407daded Define PS_USE_CLOBBER_ARGV on GNU/Hurd. Until `d2ea2d310d`, the PS_USE_PS_STRINGS option was used on the GNU/Hurd. As this option got removed and PS_USE_CLOBBER_ARGV appears to work fine nowadays on the Hurd, define this one to re-enable process title changes on this platform. In the 14 and 15 branches, the existing test for __hurd__ (added 25 years ago by commit `209aa77d`, removed in 16 by the above commit) is left unchanged for now as it was activating slightly different code paths and would need investigation by a Hurd user. PostgreSQL Database Management System
=====================================

This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL
database management system.

PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system
that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including
transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types
and functions.  This distribution also contains C language bindings.

PostgreSQL has many language interfaces, many of which are listed here:

See the file INSTALL for instructions on how to build and install
PostgreSQL.  That file also lists supported operating systems and
hardware platforms and contains information regarding any other
software packages that are required to build or run the PostgreSQL
system.  Copyright and license information can be found in the
file COPYRIGHT.  A comprehensive documentation set is included in this
distribution; it can be read as described in the installation
instructions.
