Masahiko Sawada ab40db3852 Add started_by column to pg_stat_progress_analyze view. 
The new column, started_by, indicates the initiator of the
analyze ('manual' or 'autovacuum'), helping users and monitoring tools
to better understand ANALYZE behavior.

Bump catalog version.

PostgreSQL Database Management System

This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL database management system.

PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types and functions. This distribution also contains C language bindings.
