Peter Eisentraut cd083b54bd Make typeof and typeof_unqual fallback definitions work on C++11 
These macros were unintentionally using C++14 features. This replaces
them with valid C++11 code.

Tested locally by compiling with -std=c++11 (which reproduced the
original issue).

PostgreSQL Database Management System

This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL database management system.

PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types and functions. This distribution also contains C language bindings.
