Julius Volz 1b7fa3e76d Migrate Mantine v7 -> v8 (#17402) ... I followed the migration guide at https://mantine.dev/guides/7x-to-8x/ to add back both manual timezone handling in the time input, as well as syntax highlighting in the config code box.
