Remove customized require behaviors and modify the bin executable
to check for missing tools that Vagrant expects to exist when
running outside of an installer.
Prior to this commit, the package actions would create a temp dir in
the process of packaging and compressing a Vagrant box. This commit
ensures that the temp dir is removed once the command has completed so
that it doesn't leave around lots of temp directories.
Issue #8159
while using:
$ vagrant package --base ${VIRTUALBOXNAME}
this error occurs:
/usr/share/rubygems-integration/all/gems/vagrant-1.9.0/plugins/commands/package/command.rb:59:in `package_base': uninitialized constant VagrantPlugins::CommandPackage::Command::SecureRandom (NameError)
Did you mean? SecureRandom

`vagrant package --base` is deprecated for a future feature so I didn't
want to waste any brain cycles on how to do this the "right" way since a
new system will be introduced to do this sort of thing in teh future.
