783055c0a6 Big lwresd restructuring. The code is a lot more modular now (the lwresd 
structure containing search path, view, etc. is split from the listener
object), and should work correctly on reload.

04c22ceaf2 536. [func] Use transfer-source{-v6} when sending refresh queries. 
Transfer-source{-v6} now take a optional port
                        parameter for setting the UDP source port.  The port
                        parameter is ignored for TCP.
