In-progress jobs don't have a rotating status icon on `/org/repo/actions`. Likely a regression from #9444 as the rotation style was in `RepoActionView` which won't be loaded on the action list page. Manually tested and confirmed that the styling is effective on both `/org/repo/actions` and in the action log page (`.../runs/#/jobs/#/attempt/#`). ## Checklist The [contributor guide](https://forgejo.org/docs/next/contributor/) contains information that will be helpful to first time contributors.
