Remove check for RETSIGTYPE in autoconf stuff
...
autoupdate tells me, that since C89 I can safely assume RETSIGTYPE
is void.
Therefore to simplify things I removed the corresponding configure.ac
line and replaced all mentions of RETSIGTYPE with void.
