Sean Malloy 01b5a824f3 Clean up puppet provisioner documentation 
Clarify that the puppet_bin_dir options is the
path to the directory that contains the puppet
binary. Update default execute command. Clarify
that the client_cert_path and the client_private_key_path
options are paths to directories not regular files.
