Update .abi-compliance-history for AdjustNotNullInheritance(). 
Commit 492a69e140 anticipated this change:

  [C] 'function bool AdjustNotNullInheritance(Oid, AttrNumber, bool, bool, bool)' has some sub-type changes:
    parameter 6 of type 'bool' was added
    parameter 3 of type 'bool' changed:
      entity changed from 'bool' to 'const char*'
      type size changed from 1 to 8 (in bytes)

PostgreSQL Database Management System

This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL database management system.

PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types and functions. This distribution also contains C language bindings.
